Established in 1984 by Wee Pan Lee and Tay Keow Ming, the firm was then named Wee & Tay. In 1987, the arrival of George Lim saw the firm renamed as Wee, Tay & Lim. Alexius Chang joined the partnership in 1997. All four were classmates in law school.

The firm now has four lawyers and four consultants. Together, we provide our clients with practical and effective solutions, keeping in mind their needs and resources. Our clients range from large institutions and developers to the man (or woman) in the street.
