Biography

Alexius is a senior lawyer and started his career in the Legal Service in 1981 as a legal officer with the Registry of Land Titles & Deeds, and was admitted to the Bar in 1984. He was the Deputy Registrar of Titles and Deeds when he left the Registry in 1987. Formerly a partner in Arthur Loke & Partners, Wong Yoong Tan & Molly Lim, and Low & Robert Yu. He joined Wee, Tay & Lim as partner in 1997.

His area of practice is conveyancing and property related disputes. He has acted in countless transactions of all manner of property and apart from the usual sales and purchases, he has also acted for developers in several residential developments. He is the conveyancing partner who handles most of the CPF matters assigned to the firm by the CPF Board.
